About Digerati
Our team at Digerati comprises experienced trade professionals,
multi-platform software engineers and customer support staff.
Our trade professionals have a substantial background in customs and
world trade logistics. Their knowledge and experience form the backbone
of our products. The core Digerati software team
enjoys co-operative relationships with several leading specialist
developers, giving us direct access to outside expertise when required.
Digerati produces product via a range of applications and platforms
including Foxpro, Oracle, Java, Internet and Marimba. On site we
maintain our own Internet Server, both Novell 4 and NT Networks, and a
range of Sun, PC, Macintosh and NC hardware.
Support staff work directly with clients and our developers during
product planning stages, and are actively involved in project
management. On completion, all of our products are actively supported by
Digerati Assist - providing direct phone support Australia-wide.
